Osteopathic Treatment
Osteopaths utilise hands on manual therapy to assist with managing your pain. Exercise and or stretching programs may be required.
Dry needling uses fine, single-use needles that are carefully inserted into targeted areas of tight or overactive muscle tissue to help relieve tension and restore normal function.
Cupping utilises specialist cups, that are placed on the skin to create suction. It is designed to increase blood flow, reduce muscle tension, and promote recovery in the treated area.
